The first week of Season 3,2017 in the iRacing Blancpain Sprint came from the legendary LeMans race circuit famous for the 24h enduro.  In the Blancpain Sprint version the race went for 60 minutes (if you didn't get punted off the road)

Qualifying

Qualifying was a disaster having incurred incident points on both flying laps which meant starting way back in the pack.

Race

The race didn't get off to the best of starts slipping back in the pack with the drafting pack cruising pass.  Then later in the race an overtaking attempt was made in the second last chicane which ruined my race with the iRacing crash physics making the car roll a couple of times.  The pitstop to repair damage didn't repair the car well enough with steering issues still occurring.

    Race Report - Blancpain Sprint - Canada - Week 3 Season 3 2017

Week 3 of the iRacing Blancpain Sprint came from Canada which promises to be an excellent circuit for the GT3 cars.

    Qualifying

Qualy wasn't the best with posting a time that was only good for the midfield but hopefully with a good clean race I should be able to make up some positions.

    Race

A great result from the race.  An early incident meant that I moved up a number of positions and with the car getting faster as the race unfolded, I was able to obtain a top five position.

Race Report - iRacing Blancpain Sprint Zandvoort

Circuit Zandvoort is the final race of Season 2, 2017 for the iRacing Blancpain Sprint Series.  Zandvoort is an awesome little circuit in Belgium.  The track has some fast corners and tight hairpins which makes for a challenge and combining this with differing heights and cambers can make this track a real handfull to get the hang of.
