2021 Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup Driver Roster Unveiled

Sebastian Job will lead a field of 40 of the world’s top iRacers to the grid in the third season of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup, commencing this January 9 at Brazil’s Interlagos circuit. With many of the world’s premier sim racing teams represented on the grid, and a number of quick young talents that earned their way into the championship through this fall’s qualifying series, the 10-race championship should see some exciting battles until a champion is finally crowned this April.

Joining Red Bull Racing Esports’ Job on the grid as early series favorites will be inaugural series champion Joshua Rogers of VRS Coanda Simsport, perennial championship threat Maximilian Benecke of Team Redline, and 2020’s breakout driver, Alejandro Sánchez of MSI eSports. Strong multi-car entries from Williams Esports, Apex Racing Team, and CoRe SimRacing, among others, will keep the racing close as well.

The newcomers are led by Charlie Collins, the top driver in the qualifying series, who will join Rogers, Mitchell deJong, and Ricardo Castro Ledo under the VRS branding. Williams Esports’ Moreno Sirica leads the drivers who will step up from last year’s Porsche Esports Sprint Challenge, while Tuomas Tahtela, Brian Lockwood, and Jack Sedgwick were among the drivers who earned their way back into World Championship status through the qualifying series.
